Andorra Business is participating in the 4 Years From Now (4YFN) event for the sixth consecutive year, hosting eight local companies and entities at its dedicated stand during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The effort seeks to enhance international outreach, visibility and business prospects for Andorran ventures among leading figures in innovation and global trade.

The stand highlights Sports Dynamic Lab, WX 180, Idunity, Blit, Blockchain School, Paymeter, Amb Tu and Zeeby. These groups focus on areas such as audiovisual production, artificial intelligence, education, technology, sustainability and digital transformation. Projects from Andorra Recerca + Innovació are also on display, underscoring the Principality's varied innovation landscape and its rise as a dynamic hub regardless of scale.

Heading the institutional presence is Minister of Presidency, Economy, Work and Housing Conxita Marsol, who also leads Andorra Business. She has conducted working sessions with officials from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, technology hub Eurecat and US Consul to Barcelona Lia Miller to identify collaboration paths in key sectors for Andorra's tech and economic advancement. Marsol supported Andorran companies during their pitches in the 4YFN auditorium, appearing alongside entrepreneurs from the Occitanie region. State Secretary for Business, Economic Diversification and Innovation Marc Saura accompanied her.

Marsol pointed to common traits among the ventures—talent, flexibility and drive to grow internationally. "For a small country like Andorra, going out, making our case and building connections is essential," she stated. She also cited the national plan for innovation and economic diversification, unveiled months ago, which backs initiatives in health tech solutions, sports, nature and sustainable building.

Andorra Business director Judit Hidalgo stressed that steady involvement at 4YFN establishes the country within global innovation circles. "This platform opens doors to tech partners and international markets, while portraying Andorra as a reliable, forward-looking base," she said. Hidalgo added that international expansion is vital for startups, with the agency aiding local talent to thrive worldwide.

The 4YFN takes place from 3 to 6 March 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, running parallel to the MWC, the premier global connectivity event. Organisers anticipate over 1,000 startups, numerous investors, talks, pitches and networking. This year's MWC expects to draw more than 100,000 attendees from over 200 countries, featuring thousands of exhibitors and industry leaders.
