Andorran Chamber Hosts Festa del Comerç to Honor Retail Excellence

The Andorran Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIS) held its annual Festa del Comerç on 29 January, recognising key contributions from the country's retail sector through awards and discussions.

The event gathered institutional representatives, business owners, retail professionals and economic figures for an evening that blended accolades, insights and networking. It underscored projects advancing modernisation, quality enhancements and competitiveness in Andorra's commercial landscape, while fostering stronger connections across the industry.

The programme opened with a keynote address by Spanish innovation expert Alfons Cornella. His talk, titled "In retail, as everywhere, it's all about the value we bring", examined how value creation shapes the future of businesses and organisations.

This was followed by the awards ceremony, which honoured: - The best shop of the year - A distinguished professional, either active or retired - Projects or initiatives driving commercial revitalisation - The top Christmas window display - The most creative or innovative proposal - The sustainable shop award - MoraBanc prize for best digital management

The evening concluded with an aperitif and networking session, allowing participants to share experiences, forge synergies and support the retail community.

Supported by Unnic and sponsored by MoraBanc, the Festa del Comerç reinforced its role as more than an awards night. It served as a strategic hub for a cornerstone of Andorra's economy.
