The Carnet Jove Andorra association has launched the fifth edition of its Entrepreneurship Cycle, targeting young people aged 12 to 30 who want to develop business ideas or advance their own projects. The program blends inspirational sessions, hands-on training, and tailored mentoring to equip participants with practical tools, foster networking, and connect them to Andorra's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The cycle features three core components. It kicks off with EmprènDay on March 21 at Hive Five, a collaborative day of informal activities designed to spark or strengthen entrepreneurial ventures. Highlights include an opening talk on "Mindset and AI" by Jessica Rivera of Aumentum, exploring strategic AI integration. Participants will also engage in a Business Model Canvas workshop led by Nacho Martín of WOOP Coaching, a networking Café Emprendedor, and a panel on local support resources. Contributors include the government's Taller d'emprenedors, Andorra Business's Enlaira and startup workshop programs, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' JovEmprèn grants, and the Centre de Formació al Llarg de la Vida. Additional sessions cover administrative procedures, fees, and legal structures with Javier Morales of Tempus, plus a personal account from entrepreneur Alèxia Navarro of Studio Notable on her experiences in startups and intrapreneurship.
Next come specialized bootcamps on March 28, diving deeper into projects. Álex Alegret of DVAL Consulting Formación will lead a four-hour session on strategy and marketing, while Estel Sardà of Creand delivers a three-hour workshop on strategic and operational finance.
The program wraps up with Coach 360º, offering one-hour individual sessions with Santiago de Larrea of Creand Accelera from March 30 to April 2. These meetings help participants prioritize tasks, address uncertainties, and outline next steps.
