The Carnet Jove Andorra association has launched the fifth edition of its Entrepreneurship Cycle, a program for people aged 12 to 30 interested in launching business ideas or advancing personal projects. It offers a mix of inspirational talks, practical workshops, and one-on-one mentoring to provide actionable skills, build connections, and link participants to Andorra's startup resources.
The initiative centers on three main elements. It begins with EmprènDay on March 21 at Hive Five, featuring collaborative and relaxed activities to ignite or advance entrepreneurial efforts. Key events include an opening presentation on "Mindset and AI" by Jessica Rivera of Aumentum, focusing on practical AI strategies. Attendees will take part in a Business Model Canvas session run by Nacho Martín of WOOP Coaching, a networking-focused Café Emprendedor, and a discussion on Andorran support options. Participating organizations feature the government's Taller d'emprenedors, Andorra Business's Enlaira program and startup workshops alongside Creand, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' JovEmprèn grants, and the Centre de Formació al Llarg de la Vida. Further topics include administrative steps, costs, and legal setups led by Javier Morales of Tempus, as well as insights from entrepreneur Alèxia Navarro of Studio Notable on startup and intrapreneurship lessons.
This is followed by focused bootcamps on March 28 for in-depth project work. Álex Alegret of DVAL Consulting Formación will guide a four-hour session on strategy and marketing, while Estel Sardà of Creand leads a three-hour class on strategic and operational finance.
The cycle concludes with Coach 360º, featuring one-hour personalized meetings with Santiago de Larrea of Creand Accelera from March 30 to April 2. These allow participants to set priorities, clarify doubts, and plan concrete actions.
