Key Points

  • Ingeni Coworking grants AUTEA fixed office space in Andorra, expanding 2020 partnership.
  • AUTEA grows to 9 staff, supports 200+ beneficiaries with 5 autism programs.
  • Fixed space enables shift to direct care and technician training from admin.
  • Leaders highlight alignment on social impact and shared values.

Ingeni Coworking has allocated a fixed office space to AUTEA, expanding their partnership that began with an agreement in June 2020.

The new arrangement allows the autism support association to manage some administrative functions on-site at Ingeni's facilities. Previously, AUTEA had relied on the coworking spaces for general assemblies, online meetings, and gatherings of its board of directors and advisory council.

Ingeni now operates three locations: Ingeni EUROPA and ÒNIX in Andorra la Vella, plus the newer Ingeni ESCALDES in Escaldes-Engordany. These sites provide shared workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and an auditorium.

The collaboration comes as AUTEA has grown its operations, adding specialized services and expanding its staff to nine professionals focused on autism spectrum needs. The association now offers five dedicated programs and has supported more than 200 individuals and families over the past two years. With the fixed space, AUTEA can shift resources toward direct care and technician training.

AUTEA vice-president Inés Martí said the deal lets the group "focus resources on direct care and carry out activities in a space that shares our values."

Ingeni director Angelica Bellver emphasized the centre's commitment to social impact, adding that "we want our activities to have a positive effect on society; AUTEA, as an association defending the rights of and supporting people on the autism spectrum and their families, aligns perfectly with that aim."

The partnership underscores Ingeni Coworking's backing for nonprofit organizations while strengthening AUTEA's capacity for frontline services.
