Creand Crèdit Andorrà and IESE Business School will host the masterclass "Tiffany's Case: Luxury or Fashion?" on March 19 at 7pm in the Creand building in Andorra la Vella.
This in-person session, part of the Talks series, examines how the iconic jewellery brand has fused its heritage with modern strategies, including redesigns, marketing drives, and brand experiences, to remain a benchmark in luxury. Ricard Gil, professor of strategic management at IESE Business School, will lead the discussion, focusing on key decisions by former Tiffany & Co. CEO Alessandro Bogliolo and artistic director Reed Krakoff.
Participants will explore whether a historic brand can innovate without diluting its timeless essence or alienating longstanding customers. The session will highlight initiatives like the Blue Box Café, which gained massive traction on Instagram.
Employing the case study method—developed by IESE and Harvard professors—the event prioritises active involvement over traditional lectures. Gil will moderate, encouraging participants to share varied perspectives in open debate.
The programme will close with an overview of IESE's executive education options, aimed at enhancing leadership abilities and professional growth.
The masterclass aligns with IESE Executive Education and the Creand Chair of Entrepreneurship and Banking at IESE, which fosters business knowledge through talks, training programmes, and support for entrepreneurial projects.
Advance registration is mandatory via the organisers' link.
