FEDA Cultura recorded 3,225 pupils participating in its school programs during the 2025-2026 academic year, across 139 guided visits and workshops connected to the MW Museu de l’Electricitat.
The organization highlighted the museum's value as a venue for exploring history and sustainability, despite its closure in April for refurbishment. April saw the highest attendance, with 1,150 pupils visiting before the shutdown. From May onward, programming moved partly to the Engolasters hydroelectric trail, focusing on industrial and natural heritage. There, 783 students took part—up from 554 the previous 2023-2024 school year. Meanwhile, 1,292 pupils joined workshops held at their own schools.
Primary school students made up 71% of participants, reflecting the programs' strong appeal to younger learners. FEDA Cultura praised the adaptability of its offerings to Andorra's diverse schools and age groups.
Renovations aim to refresh displays, improve access, and upgrade infrastructure, with an eye toward expanding options for secondary and baccalaureate levels. The museum will reopen in 2027, and FEDA Cultura urges schools targeting 2026-2027 visits to reserve on-site sessions early in the term due to expected demand.
