Andorra Telecom has reactivated its festive phone line 121, allowing children in Andorra to speak with Santa Claus and the Three Kings. Each call costs €1, and the full amount will be donated to Cáritas Andorrana’s “Acollida” project.
The Acollida programme provides support to families in vulnerable situations across areas such as food, housing, health, clothing and measures to combat loneliness. Andorra Telecom says the initiative aims to combine holiday magic with solidarity and create moments that bring families together beyond the technological service itself.
“We are especially pleased to keep alive this tradition that connects magic, childhood and solidarity. With a simple call, smiles can be made possible and help those who need it most,” said Inés Martí, head of corporate social responsibility at Andorra Telecom.
The service will be active until 5 January 2026. Last year the line received more than a thousand calls, reflecting the warm reception the initiative receives from Andorran families.
