Disney+ Streams Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special in Spain

Disney+ will stream a special marking the 20th anniversary of *Hannah Montana* in Spain from March 24, available exclusively in its original version with Spanish subtitles.

The programme, recorded live in front of a studio audience, features an in-depth interview with Miley Cyrus, who played the lead role. Cyrus shares personal insights into developing the character and its lasting influence on fans worldwide. She recalls key filming moments and reflects on how the series shaped an entire generation.

"Hannah Montana will always be a part of me," Cyrus says. What began as a TV show became a shared experience with millions of fans, she adds, describing the anniversary as a chance to celebrate and thank supporters over two decades.

The special includes previously unseen archive footage and recreations of iconic sets, such as the Stewart family living room and Hannah Montana's famous wardrobe. It aims to evoke nostalgia for a production that extended beyond children's television, shaping trends in music, fashion, and youth entertainment.

Since its premiere 20 years ago, *Hannah Montana* has become a global phenomenon and one of Disney's biggest successes. The Emmy-nominated series spawned a major music career, with 14 platinum albums and 18 gold ones, plus two feature films.
