Escaldes-Engordany's tourist office recorded 26,902 visitors in 2025, marking the highest total in a decade and a nearly 26% rise from 21,371 in 2023, the last full year before the facility's 2024 relocation disrupted services.

Commune authorities attribute the surge to the upper parish's rising appeal as a tourist hub. Culture and Economic Promotion councillor Valentí Closa highlighted how the historic district has gained prominence, with visitors heading uphill to inquire about and explore the thermal baths and Javier Balmaseda's *L’aigua i la Forma* sculpture, where the thermal waters emerged as the standout draw.

Spanish visitors led with 17,147, followed by 3,691 from France and 4,627 from other European nations and beyond. Andorran residents accounted for 1,437 inquiries.

Family groups topped the visitor breakdown at 11,818, followed by couples (7,028), friend groups (3,451), organised tours (2,149) and solo visitors (1,705). Some 92% of visitors stayed in Escaldes-Engordany itself, underscoring the parish's pull as a prime destination.

Demand centred on cultural and heritage offerings, with strong interest in the Escaldes-Engordany Art Centre, Espai Caldes and Thyssen Museum Andorra. Queries also targeted Caldea-linked sites, Balmaseda's sculpture, the Madriu-Perafita-Claror valley, Engolasters lake and family-friendly paths such as the Macarulla and Tamarros routes.

Officials expect the upward trend to continue now that the office sells Caldea tickets, strengthening its role as a key resource for tourist information and welcome services.
