Patients at Hospital Nostra Senyora de Meritxell and various services under the Andorran Health Care Service (SAAS) continue to rate their care highly, according to the 2025 annual report based on 135,464 user responses.

Major ambulatory surgery led the satisfaction rankings with 97.3% positive feedback, including 78.6% of patients reporting they were very satisfied and 18.7% satisfied.

Outpatient consultations followed closely, with 94.2% of users giving positive evaluations and 69.3%—nearly seven in ten—indicating strong satisfaction.

Hospitalization services also scored well, as 68.5% of patients said they were very satisfied and 24.3% satisfied, for an overall positive rate of 92.8%.

The Emergency Department received the lowest marks but still achieved positive views from three-quarters of users. Specifically, 50.2% reported being very satisfied and 24.8% satisfied. This service handled more than 50,000 cases in 2025, making it one of the busiest areas despite the relatively lower perception.

Outpatient consultations generated the most responses at 79,171, followed by Emergencies with 46,158, hospitalization with 5,159, and major ambulatory surgery with 4,976.

The data highlight sustained high approval across Andorra's public health system, even under heavy demand in key areas.
