The first call came around 11:30am, when emergency teams responded to Tarter Bike Park. Firefighters treated the child, who had sustained multiple injuries from a bike circuit accident, before evacuating the minor by helicopter for further care.
Later, at approximately 4:40pm, the Mountain Rescue Group and a paramedic firefighter mobilised the aircraft again for a case in Incles Valley. They provided on-site assistance to the patient affected by food poisoning and transported him to the hospital.
Both operations highlighted the value of aerial support in Andorra's challenging terrain, where ground access proved difficult. One patient is reported to be recovering well, though no further details on conditions have been released.
