Andorra ended 2025 with 799 active associations registered, marking an increase of 20 from the previous year, according to data published by the Statistics Department.

The associations fall into six categories. General section associations accounted for 65.2% of the total, numbering 521. Sports clubs made up 25.8%, with 206 registered. Sports federations represented 4.9%, totalling 39. The remaining share comprised 18 sports action associations, 10 sports grouping associations, and 5 foreign associations.

By parish, Andorra la Vella hosted the largest concentration, with 376 associations or 47.1% of the national total. Escaldes-Engordany followed at 17.8%, and Encamp at 11.3%.

The number of foundations reached 37 by year-end, up from 2024. Private foundations comprised 81.1% of the total, while public ones accounted for 18.9%. Andorra la Vella again led, with 19 foundations representing 51.4%. Both Escaldes-Engordany and Sant Julià de Lòria had six each, or 16.2% apiece.
