Altaveu Updates Andorra Death List: Over 150 Since August 2025

**Recent deaths in Andorra**

Altaveu has expanded its compilation of recent deaths across Andorra's parishes, now documenting more than 150 residents who passed away from August 2025 through late February 2026.

The updated lists start with the most recent losses on Saturday, February 21, 2026: Eva Codina Trastoy, 50, in Andorra la Vella; and Juan de Dios Valseca Fernández, 65, in Encamp. Earlier that week, Antoni Rossell Vidal died at 97 in Canillo on February 12, and Antonio Agramunt Bollo passed away at 87 in Escaldes-Engordany on February 11.

Centenarians and those of advanced age feature prominently, including Rosario Balletbó Alís, who died at 103 in Sant Julià de Lòria on December 13, 2025; Maria Canut Fornales, 102, in Andorra la Vella on August 16, 2025; Jacqueline Pradère, 99, in Andorra la Vella on November 4, 2025; Pere Font Moles, 99, in Encamp on December 12, 2025; Manuela Ventura Claramunt, 98, in Andorra la Vella on December 18, 2025; Albert Font Fouché, 98, in Escaldes-Engordany on February 7, 2026; and Maria Cinca Baró, 98, in Encamp on August 25, 2025. Other long-lived residents include Marthe Dubois Ep. Linol, 100, and Rosa Fortuny Mill, 100, both in Escaldes-Engordany and Andorra la Vella respectively in early 2026.

Younger individuals listed include Oriol Navarro Temprado, 32, in Andorra la Vella on January 14; Carlos Manuel Miguel Chozo, 36, in Andorra la Vella on October 5, 2025; Laia Elias Mondelo, 43, in Encamp on February 7; and Laurent Chiaramonti Janin, 49, in Encamp on January 17.

Parishes with the highest numbers remain Escaldes-Engordany (e.g., Rosa Naudi Ambatlle, 96, February 4; Alberto Monné Bonet, 76, January 28; Magí Garcia Capdevila, 90, February 9) and Andorra la Vella (e.g., José Antonio Mazón Marín, 85, February 9; Pedro Cabero García, 71, February 8). Encamp reports include Josep Quintana Cano, 69, on February 1, and Pere Rosas Codina, 86, same day. Sant Julià de Lòria entries feature Joan Pujal Areny, 87, on January 27, and Consuelo Boronat Goma, 92, on January 6.

The records now extend further with additional names from Canillo, La Massana, Ordino, and locations like Soldeu, Pas de la Casa, La Cortinada, and Santa Coloma, such as Miquel Naudi Clop, 77, in Soldeu-Canillo on January 11; Remedios Ortega Garcia, 96, in La Massana on December 21, 2025; and Claudia Alejandra Juarez, 59, in Canillo on October 12, 2025.
