Andorra la Vella Cònsol Menor Olalla Losada confirmed on Thursday that the council has still received no lawsuit, Batllia summons, or formal claim from Vinyes Patrimonial SL regarding leaks in the underground car park beneath Plaça del Poble.

Speaking at a press conference unveiling the Festa Major concert lineup, Losada addressed ongoing media reports about potential legal action from the car park operator. She said the council would respond appropriately to any official communication but reiterated its commitment to resolving the filtration issues collaboratively. The council has supplied requested data to the architecture team and technical contractors involved in the plaza works, while monitoring compliance. "The key is not assigning blame but fixing the problems," Losada stated.

This follows a Diari d'Andorra report from May 26, which indicated Vinyes planned to sue after the council rejected its prior administrative claim. Vinyes had previously taken the construction firm and its insurer to the Batllia in late November.

Losada's remarks came alongside details of the Festa Major, running July 30 to August 3 at Plaça Guillemó—one day longer than before to boost local talent. Culture Area head Jan Cartes described the bill as "bold and diverse," drawing from last year's surveys calling for more Andorran acts.

The schedule starts Thursday with local bands Els Senyora and Freyja, tying into the Dijous de Rock finale. Friday features Mamadousha's electronic-pop fusion and La Ludwig Band's pop-rock-folk set. Saturday highlights Spanish rockers Celtas Cortos—returning after 16 years—and Catalan trap-reggaeton group The Tyets. Sunday brings cobla La Principal de la Bisbal, performing "Noches de Andorra" for its 80th anniversary, followed by cover band La Loca Histeria. Monday closes with Els Amics de les Arts and Doctor Prats.

Concerts on Friday through Sunday end with DJ sets. All events are free, with artist fees around €150,000 plus staging costs. Organizers aimed for broad appeal across genres and audiences.
