Andorra la Vella has opened its call for civic grants, allocating 37,000 euros to support projects by local associations that promote community living, solidarity, social inclusion, and citizen participation.
The funding targets only groups registered in the parish's municipal associations registry. Applications are open until 4 March, following the announcement published in the BOPA on 11 February.
Cònsol Menor Olalla Losada emphasised the initiative's role in strengthening social ties. "These grants are a tool to advance projects that bolster the community fabric," she said, noting their direct benefits for residents and community spirit.
The first round last year drew strong interest, with 11 grants awarded totalling nearly 23,000 euros.
To assist applicants, a briefing session will take place on Thursday, 12 February, at 19:30 in the Ària Room at the Congress Centre. Staff will outline eligibility criteria, evaluation standards, and submission processes, while addressing questions.
