Andorra Labour Inspectors Summon Esquí Club Arinsal Pal Rep After Failed Notices

Labour inspectors in Andorra have published a public notice in the *Butlletí Oficial del Principat d'Andorra* (BOPA) summoning representatives of the Esquí Club Arinsal Pal (ECAP) after failed attempts to deliver an official labour notification.

The notice targets Daniel Escabrós Formenti, listed as the club's representative in central administration records. It stems from an acta de convocatòria drawn up on 16 January 2026, requiring his appearance—or that of another representative—on 17 February at the Labour Inspectorate offices in Escaldes-Engordany. Attendees must provide specific labour documentation outlined in the summons.

Government messenger services left notices at the club on two occasions, urging a representative to collect the full document or submit the paperwork. No one from ECAP responded. Under the Codi de l'Administració, the club now has eight working days from the BOPA publication to appear and receive a new copy of the convocatòria. Failure to do so will deem the notification legally delivered.

The inspection focuses on labour matters but lacks further public details on its scope. ECAP representatives have not commented or complied to date. Authorities have not outlined additional measures if no one attends the 17 February session.
