Police in Andorra la Vella arrested a 43-year-old man Sunday afternoon on suspicion of crimes against personal freedom after an incident with a group of minors at his workshop.
The police report states that the confrontation started when several youths kicked and punched the workshop's glass. The man allegedly responded by forcing two of the minors inside the premises against their will and threatening them with a chisel.
