### Partner Assault Outside Andorra la Vella Nightclub Officers arrested a 33-year-old man early Sunday morning outside a nightclub near the kilometre zero roundabout in Andorra la Vella. Patrolling police on preventive duty witnessed him strike his partner during a public argument, leaving her with scratches. When agents intervened to stop him and assist the woman, he resisted violently, hitting several officers and causing minor injuries along with damage to a police vehicle. Multiple officers subdued him on the ground before transferring him to headquarters. He faces charges of offences against physical and moral integrity and against public function. Authorities placed him at the disposal of the duty magistrate. The woman has not filed a complaint.

### Sexual Liberty Offence at Pas de la Casa Police this week detained a 26-year-old man for an alleged sexual freedom violation after he grabbed a tourist by the neck and forcibly kissed her without consent inside a Pas de la Casa nightclub early Wednesday. She resisted near the restrooms, but he persisted until her friends stepped in. Responding officers acted immediately.

### Additional Traffic and Drug Arrests Police recently arrested six tourists on public health charges, including two men aged 27 and 36 at the Runer River border found with half an ecstasy pill and 3.3 grams of tusi, plus three others aged 32 at the Franco-Andorran border.

Authorities also detained four drivers for alcohol offences: men aged 23 and 30 in Andorra la Vella with rates of 1.09 and 1.66, and a 22-year-old at the Runer River border with 1.70. A 27-year-old non-resident was arrested at the same border on a judicial warrant for creating a fake private document, facing charges against legal traffic security. Separately, a 39-year-old man in Andorra la Vella was detained for driving with a suspended licence, charged with an offence against the administration of justice.
