Andorra Telecom has issued an urgent alert via social media about a phishing scam involving fraudulent emails that impersonate the company and lure users with promises of pending refunds.

The campaign, detected in recent days, features messages that build user trust by mimicking official communications. Recipients are directed to fake websites through malicious links, where scammers request personal or banking details. The provider, based in Andorra la Vella, emphasised that it does not send unsolicited refund notifications and advised customers to avoid all links, withhold any data, and confirm sender legitimacy through official channels like the company website or customer service.
