The National Housing Institute (INH) has opened applications for 38 fully refurbished apartments in Block 2 of the Ribasol Ski-Park residential complex in Arinsal, La Massana parish, as part of the government's affordable rental programme.

These units range in size from 37 to 85 square metres, with 18 classified as reduced-size options. Base monthly rents start at €298.05 for the smallest 37.49-square-metre flat and reach €678.53 for the largest 85.35-square-metre one, depending on layout and features. Smaller apartments generally include a living-dining area combined with a kitchen-bedroom space, bathroom, and often a small terrace. Larger units offer two double bedrooms, a separate living-dining area with kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.

The apartments come freshly painted and unfurnished, equipped only with a ceramic hob, oven, and extractor hood in the kitchen. The building has an elevator, and each unit includes an assigned storage room that cannot be rented independently.

Of the complex's 31 underground parking spaces on level -2, up to 19 will be reserved for Block 2 tenants with vehicles at €80 per month, subject to annual adjustment based on the consumer price index. Remaining spaces will prioritise Block 1 tenants, followed by other Ribasol Ski-Park residents or Arinsal locals through public offerings.

Applicants must be enrolled in the affordable housing registry by April 28. The application window runs from April 28 to May 12, as detailed in the edict published in the Official Bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (BOPA).

Rents may rise to 30% of a household's income if that exceeds the base rate, capped at market levels minus 25%. Eligible tenants can seek rental subsidies to bridge gaps if the base rent tops 30% of their income.
