Ordino's citizen attention service recorded 150 incidents in 2025, all of which received responses, according to local authorities.

Most reports concerned issues on public roads, prompting interventions by the Maintenance and Public Services department. These included repairs to urban furniture, road surfaces, electricity and water supplies, as well as hygiene operations, cleaning, and snow removal.

Authorities highlighted the figures as evidence of residents' trust, interest, and commitment to improving the parish. Some complaints targeted the signage at national bus stops, following the launch of new lines in July 2024. Others addressed dog waste on streets.

A recurring concern was vehicle speeding in Ordino's centre and along the CG-3 road through the valley. The parish has forwarded the issue to the Mobility department to explore safety enhancements, such as new pedestrian crossings, speed bumps, and deterrent traffic lights.

Incidents are mainly reported via the e-Agora app, launched a year ago, which has fostered more direct two-way communication with neighbours. It operates alongside email and the 163 citizen hotline, available 24/7 year-round.

The parish also credits its inspector—added to staff in the previous term—with spotting and addressing issues proactively to prevent escalation. Resident concerns were additionally gathered during neighbourhood meetings across all quarters in October.

Cònsol menor Eduard Betriu praised the service, now integrated with Circulation, and the open communication channels. "Thanks to them, we know everything that happens in our parish," he said.
