Less than a week ago a complaint was filed against a woman for home intrusion, usurpation with violence and abuse of authority; her daughter and the tenants of the disputed flat were also implicated. The alleged victim was the woman’s ex-partner, who, after returning from vacation, tried to enter the flat where he had been living under a court ruling but could not because the lock had been changed. That episode caused him a series of problems, including being unable to live in the country.
The matter continued: about seven days ago the ex-partner’s current partner filed a separate police complaint against the same woman, her daughter and the flat’s current tenant. She alleges they moved her motorcycle from the parking space assigned to the flat to outside the building and caused various damages whose repair bill totals €1,485.56.
According to the complaint, the motorcycle owner learned from a neighbour that the bike was parked outside the building. She says she does not know why it was taken out “without any authorization,” though she suspects the defendants moved it in order to use the parking space. She reports the motorcycle suffered scratches and dents in several places.
The owner adds that the damage is not covered by insurance because the motorcycle had not been used for some time and was therefore not insured. The case is under investigation by the police.
