The tender launched in October to hire a firm to carry out the rehabilitation of the first flat to be included in the communal housing pool has been declared void. The municipal authority reported that only one company submitted an offer and that bid did not meet the requirements set out in the tender specifications.
Faced with that situation, the commune has launched a request for quotations to be able to contract a builder to undertake the works.
The planned project foresees a complete intervention on the building located on Carrer del Puial to adapt the flat to current standards of habitability, safety and energy efficiency.
The total cost of the refurbishment is estimated at €95,000. The commune will finance €60,000 of the work, while the remaining €35,000 will be paid by the property owners.
