The man, around 50 years old, was found dead in the Aconcagua aparthotel on Avinguda Meritxell in Andorra la Vella. Staff at a nearby restaurant he frequented alerted his brother after not seeing him for two days. The brother then contacted police, who entered the premises and located the body. Sources indicated he had been out of contact for about three days.
In Escaldes-Engordany, the woman, aged 50 to 60, died at the El Roser guesthouse on Avinguda Fiter i Rosell. She lived there as a tenant receiving social welfare benefits. Guesthouse staff could not reach her despite repeated attempts, leading police to access her room where they found her deceased.
The alerts reached authorities between 2:15 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. Police, the forensic doctor, and funeral services responded to both sites. Initial examinations revealed no signs of violence, and police described the deaths as natural. Standard procedures continue to determine the exact causes.
