The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), of which Andorra has been a state party since 2003, will receive €10,000. This amount is evenly divided, with €5,000 directed to the Chemical Weapons Victims Fund to assist affected individuals and €5,000 to the Training Fund for capacity-building programmes.
