The head of government, Xavier Espot, said that maximum rent caps will be set according to geographic criteria. He made the remark on the RTVA programme El cap de Govern respon.
"We want these to be equitable and fair, and depending on where the apartment is rented, the cap will be higher or lower," Espot said. He added that an apartment in the centre of Andorra la Vella and one in a higher parish "will have a different maximum cap."
