Massanenc councillor Eva Sansa has ruled out the possibility of Carles Naudí, current leader of Ciutadans Compromesos, running as candidate for Head of Government in the next elections. She stated that Naudí has never sought the position and plans to return to his business ventures at the end of his current term, with no interest in continuing in politics.
Sansa expressed doubt about Naudí pursuing the top role, given his public stance. Speaking in an interview on *Avui serà un bon dia* on RNA, she highlighted strong rapport between Ciutadans Compromesos and Demòcrates per Andorra (DA).
Looking ahead, Sansa emphasised that any centre-right alliance for the upcoming elections should select its Head of Government candidate collectively, rather than limiting it to a DA nominee. "Demòcrates can propose one, but we can put forward another," she said.
On speculation that Ladislau Baró could lead a joint list, Sansa declined to comment, noting it was premature to discuss names or risk "burning" potential candidates. She praised Baró as an experienced figure with deep affection for the country who would perform well in the role.
