Joan-Patrick Lasmolles has been ratified as the new president of the Andorran Motorcycling Federation (FMA), leading a board that also includes Miquel Font and Sergi Palau as vice-presidents, Ramon Roca as treasurer, Miquel Moliné as secretary, and vocal members Cristian España and Gemma Lalanda.

The transition followed an Extraordinary General Assembly on Wednesday, where members unanimously approved Lasmolles' sole candidacy to succeed Natàlia Gallego after her two four-year terms. The ratification came after the standard assembly at Andorra la Vella's La Llacuna cultural centre, which unanimously passed the activity report, management balance, sports calendar, and budget for the coming year.

Gallego's eight-year leadership will conclude with the FMA gala scheduled for 1 April, marking the outgoing board's final event. No other candidates had emerged by the deadline, ensuring a seamless handover for the organisation overseeing motorcycling in Andorra.
