CD Alesves from Villafranca in Navarra and Veterans Crevillent from Alicante claimed the titles at the 16th Andorra Senior Cup, a key veterans' football tournament in the Pyrenees.

Organised by futsal national team selector Talín Puyaltó, the event drew 43 teams—28 in the +35 category and 15 in the +45 group—plus more than 1,200 players, staff and companions from Andorra, Spain, France and Portugal. Competition unfolded over the weekend across the Borda Mateu fields, the Ordino Technical Training Centre (CTO) and the FAF Sports Centre.

In the +35 division, seven groups of four teams each saw the winners plus the top second-place side progress to the quarter-finals. CD Alesves lifted the trophy with a 3-2 victory over defending champions Veterans del Girona FC in the final.

The +45 category used five groups of three, with the leading four teams advancing straight to the semi-finals. Veterans Crevillent prevailed 3-0 against Sierra Veterans Osca to secure the crown.

This edition introduced the Golden Game, an eight-a-side fixture for players aged over 60, enhancing the tournament's variety. Puyaltó has focused on participant satisfaction amid steady growth, rather than expanding numbers to preserve quality.
