Adam Raga claimed victory in the Vermell category at the 24th Trial 2 Dies d’Arinsal, an event that drew 316 riders from 12 countries to tackle 18 zones over a 43-kilometre course.
The 44-year-old rider from Ulldecona, who retired from top-level competition in February 2025 after 27 years, six world titles and two decades of podium finishes, dominated with just two penalty points across the two days. He finished well clear of Marc Piquer from Torredembarra, who scored 24 points for second, while Yamato Kimura from Japan took third on 31.
Valentí Cristina led the Blau category for Andorra with 10 points, ahead of David Oliver on 12 and Daniel Comas on 14.
Òscar Salvador delivered a perfect ride in Verd, finishing on zero points to win ahead of Antonio Rigo on one and James Duxbury on two.
The event also featured strong showings in Groga, where Vicente Oliver edged Julio Abellan on countback after both scored three points, with John Van Veelen third.
Notable participants included current and former racers such as Leon Camier, Andorran raid pilot Cristian España in sixth in Verd, Marc Coma in 44th, Josep García in 33rd, MotoGP rider Iker Lecuona at the bottom of the field and Chaz Davies in 129th.
