MoraBanc Andorra Retains Zan Tabak's Full Staff with Health Dept Leadership Change

The club emphasizes continuity by keeping the 11-member technical staff intact for the new season. David del Toro takes over health and performance leadership, with key roles like assistants and physical trainer Oriol Oliver unchanged.

Key Points

  • Zan Tabak renewed for two years after securing league survival.
  • Assistants Paco Vázquez (11th season), Alejandro González, Thomas Schreiner stay.
  • Oriol Oliver returns as physical trainer from FC Barcelona youth.
  • David del Toro promoted to head health and performance after Xavi Giménez exit.

MoraBanc Andorra will maintain head coach Zan Tabak's technical staff for the upcoming season, with the 11-member group intact apart from a leadership shift in the health and performance area.

The Croatian coach, who renewed his contract for two more years after guiding the team to league survival, leads a structure that includes assistant coaches Paco Vázquez—entering his 11th season with the club—Alejandro González, and Thomas Schreiner.

Physical trainer Oriol Oliver, who joined last summer from FC Barcelona's youth basketball and Manresa, returns in his role. Chechu Bermudo continues as team manager, and Ricardo Fernandes remains in charge of equipment.

David del Toro, a physiotherapist with the club for 15 seasons, steps up to head the health and performance department after Xavi Giménez's departure from the position. The unit now features Pol Ausàs as physiotherapist, alongside doctors Jordi Verdaguer and Iolanda López, with physical preparation overseen by Oliver.

The decision highlights the Tricolours' focus on continuity following last season's survival battle.
