FC Andorra Extends Serbian Forward Stefan Golubović's Contract to 2030

Club backs 20-year-old's development after strong loan spell and first-team integration

FC Andorra has agreed to extend the contract of Serbian striker Stefan Golubović until June 2030, signaling strong belief in his future with the club.

The 20-year-old joined the first-team squad this summer following an impressive loan at Cornellà last season, where he scored five goals. He made his professional debut as a starter in the 5-1 league win over Ceuta on the opening day. This season, Golubović has featured in four of five matches, including starts against Ceuta and Real Sociedad B, a full second half at Valladolid, and 10 minutes off the bench versus Eibar. He sat out the Vigo fixture.

In a club statement, FC Andorra, under Gerard Piqué's leadership, expressed confidence in Golubović's growth and potential to progress wearing the tricolour jersey over the coming years. The extension follows a similar long-term deal for youth player Tiago Olmedo.

Golubović spoke of his quick adaptation to the team and his delight at the renewal. He said the club placing faith in him for another four years could lead to a "very good story" for both him and Andorra. Reflecting on his journey, the forward noted a dramatic shift: two years ago in Serbia, he considered quitting football, but now plays in Spain's Segunda División, one of the world's top second tiers. He aims to keep delivering technical quality and goals.
