Andorra has launched the Copa Cupra, a new padel circuit designed to boost amateur participation across the country and neighbouring areas.
The competition features four regular-phase tournaments culminating in a Final Masters. It includes four categories: two women's divisions named Born and Raval, and two men's divisions called Formentor and Terramar.
Organisers aim to establish the event as a key reference point with a format described as competitive yet open to all enthusiasts. Participants can include Andorran nationals, Principality residents, and players from Alt Urgell and Cerdanya—no federation membership is required.
The opening event takes place on 20-21 March at Princiesport, followed by tournaments in April at Centre Esportiu dels Serradells, in May at Anyós, and in October at Caldea.
