The resorts outlined the expansion in a joint statement, calling it "one of the best Christmases in recent years" thanks to recent snowfalls and more expected soon. A fresh cold front will reach Andorra from Saturday, delivering further snowfalls over the next few days.

This weekend, around 200 kilometres of slopes should be ready across the three main domains. Grandvalira will offer 125 kilometres, Pal Arinsal about 70% of its pistes, and Ordino Arcalís roughly 90%. All lifts are set to operate.

The festive lineup features torchlight and lantern descents, appearances by Father Christmas and the Three Kings, snowside dinners, and après-ski events with international DJs. A New Year's Eve celebration is scheduled at L'Abarset.
