North Macedonia took control early at Petar Miloshevski Stadium, with Teona Galabovska opening the score in the 17th minute and Simona Meijer doubling the lead just three minutes later. Andorra sought a response before the break but failed to score. In the second half, the visitors advanced lines to chase a goal while containing attacks, yet Grozdanovska confirmed the victory in the 83rd minute.
Albert Panadero's side, coming off a 0-0 draw with group C3 leaders Hungary at Estadi Nacional on Tuesday, now has one point from two games. North Macedonia earned its first points after a 2-0 opening loss to Azerbaijan. Andorra remains goalless in the qualifiers.
