Grandvalira Resorts is gearing up for a weekend of prime skiing conditions, with more than 300km of pistes fully open and snow depths exceeding two metres across its three stations.
The company announced excellent snow quality, bolstered by sunny weather and mild temperatures throughout the weekend. All areas remain operational, including access from the Cerdanya region in Catalonia, where border crossings with France into Andorra are running smoothly.
Snow accumulation stands at a minimum of two metres everywhere. At Pas de la Casa and Grau Roig (part of Grandvalira), depths range from 240cm to over three metres. Pal Arinsal reports up to 240cm, while Ordino Arcalís has the thickest cover, between three and 3.5 metres.
This setup promises optimal skiing across the resorts, with no disruptions reported from recent weather or access routes.
