Motorcyclist sustains minor injuries after rear-ending vehicle in Escaldes

A motorcyclist suffered very minor injuries shortly before noon on Thursday when he collided with the rear of a vehicle on Carrer del Parnal in Escaldes-Engordany, near Pavelló del Prat Gran.

The rider fell from his motorcycle during the impact, sustaining scratches and slight abrasions, including to his ankle, according to emergency responders. Police reported the crash occurred due to a moment of inattention.

Emergency services responded promptly, with firefighters providing on-site medical attention via ambulance, alongside a police unit and local traffic officers. The motorcyclist initially declined hospital transport and did not require further treatment.

Traffic resumed normally soon after the incident.
