Andorra's public transport system recorded 541,182 ticket validations in August 2026, marking a 3.6% increase from the previous year.
Operators Nadal and Coopalsa managed the services, with Nadal accounting for 151,756 validations and Coopalsa for 389,426. The network operated 11 lines, including eight regular routes and three nighttime services, to support resident travel needs.
Daily trips averaged 691 on weekdays, falling to 473 on Saturdays and 435 on Sundays or holidays.
For the first eight months of 2026, total validations reached 5,397,522, a 1.1% rise compared to 2025. Nadal handled 28.5% of these (1,538,909 trips), while Coopalsa managed the remaining 71.5% (3,858,613).
Government subsidies covered 475,725 validations in August, or 87.9% of the total—up from 86.1% the year before. Subsidy payments for the month totaled €542,132, reflecting 5.7% growth year-on-year. From January to August, subsidies amounted to €5,167,850, a 2.7% increase over 2025.
