Andorra's public transport system logged 541,182 ticket validations in August 2026, a 3.6% rise compared to August last year.
Operators Nadal and Coopalsa shared the load, with Nadal recording 151,756 validations and Coopalsa 389,426. The service included 11 lines—eight regular routes and three nighttime options—to meet resident mobility needs.
On weekdays, the network averaged 691 daily trips, dropping to 473 on Saturdays and 435 on Sundays or holidays.
Through the first eight months of 2026, validations totalled 5,397,522, up 1.1% from the same period in 2025. Nadal handled 28.5% of these, or 1,538,909 trips, while Coopalsa covered the remaining 71.5% with 3,858,613.
Government-subsidised travel accounted for 475,725 validations that month, representing 87.9% of the total—up from 86.1% a year prior. Subsidies for August amounted to €542,132, a 5.7% year-on-year increase. Cumulatively from January to August, subsidies reached €5,167,850, reflecting 2.7% growth over 2025.
