The branch employs 22 staff and features uniform branding with advanced systems to speed up service, cut queues and provide instant client information. On the ground floor, retail banking areas include open spaces for fast transactions, semi-private sections with sound insulation, enclosed offices and a casual advisory corner. New double-sided screens, viewable from inside and outside, broadcast commercial, corporate and brand messages.

The first floor caters to private banking and business clients, with an expanded number of offices in varied sizes and configurations to match individual requirements. The work used sustainable materials and practices, reinforcing Creand's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
