The Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social (CASS) board of directors convened on Thursday following elections held on 17 June, incorporating four newly elected representatives and ratifying its existing leadership.

Pere Canturri joined as representative for pensioners and retirees, Daniel Armengol for business owners and self-employed workers, and Salustià Chato and Montserrat Martínez for salaried employees. Their names had appeared in the official BOPA publication after the vote.

During the meeting, Marc Galabert was reappointed president of the CASS board, while Jordi Cinca retained his position heading the retirement reserve fund management committee. Josep Escoriza was also confirmed as the institution's director general, with acknowledgment of his work on service modernisation.

The board formed rapidly—within 15 hours of the elections—well ahead of the expected 15-day window. The appointments maintain continuity in the leadership structure, though the integration of the new members could prompt future organisational reviews.
