The Sindicatura has awarded La Grandalla SL the third phase of renovations to the rear area of the Casa de la Vall in Andorra la Vella, valued at 208,022.41 euros.
The contract covers landscaping across the entire space and the provision of urban furniture. It also includes an annual allocation of 28,648.68 euros for green area maintenance by a gardening firm. The maintenance service will last one year initially, starting in the 2026 fiscal year, with options for annual renewal.
This brings the total contract value to 236,671.09 euros. La Grandalla SL won the work through a national public tender conducted via an open procedure, with the bidding notice published in the BOPA on 13 May.
The project continues the overhaul of the zone behind the Casa de la Vall complex. The first phase began in late January 2025, focusing on site preparation and opening the Tossal tunnel, which links to Andorra la Vella's old town. The second phase involved building an amphitheatre for performances. No timeline has been announced for completing the landscaping work.
