Encamp's Enfira't fair launched its fifth edition on Saturday with 65 stands, strong expectations of matching or exceeding last year's 5,000 visitors, and a new motorhome zone featuring three exhibitors to showcase rental and purchase options.
The multisectorial event continues through Sunday at Parc de l’Ossa and Carrer del Prat de l’Areny, open from 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm. Organisers retained the venue from last year, praising its ability to centralise activities and encourage interactions among participants.
Finance, Sports and Economic Reactivation councillor Nino Marot opened the fair and described expectations as "very good." He highlighted a "very comprehensive" activities programme, expressing confidence in its success, and pointed to repeat participation from half the exhibitors as evidence the event is establishing itself. Marot confirmed plans for a sixth edition in 2025, emphasising "organic growth" to ensure functionality and secure its place in Encamp's event calendar.
The fair blends commercial exhibits from businesses, entities and associations with family-friendly options. Children have access to inflatables and remote-controlled car tracks, while concerts are scheduled at 12:30pm and 6pm, alongside a ceramics workshop and sports classes. Food offerings have expanded to nine outlets across the site.
Complementary attractions include open days at the Casa Cristo and Automobile museums, plus parish business promotions such as discounts, special menus and free desserts. Visitors can enter a raffle for vouchers by collecting stamps on a passport from the tourist office.
Key participants include MoraBanc, FC Andorra and athlete Edgar Montellà.
