Andorra Broadband Subscribers Hit 44,107 with 2.4% Rise in June

Andorra's broadband subscribers reached 44,107 in June, marking a 2.4% increase from the previous year, according to the Department of Statistics.

Fixed telephony lines rose 0.9% to 54,202, while mobile subscriptions fell 0.7% to 128,927 year-on-year. Voice traffic excluding internet calls dropped 6% to 10.22 million minutes. National calls accounted for 8.12 million minutes, or 79.5% of the total and up 0.8% from June 2025. International calls totaled 2.10 million minutes, representing 20.5% of voice traffic and down 25.5%.

Internet traffic climbed 8.1% to 13.26 million gigabytes, with mobile internet leading the growth at 35.2%. National internet traffic increased 25.4%, and international traffic rose 0.9%. Over the first half of 2026, broadband subscriptions grew 2.8% on average, total data traffic advanced 6.7%, and mobile internet usage surged 32.7%.

The data underscores a persistent shift in Andorra, where traditional voice calls continue to decline amid rising data consumption, particularly on mobile networks.
