Andorra Telecom will relocate its in-person customer services to a redesigned store in the Node building in Andorra la Vella starting Monday, establishing the facility at Carrer de la Borda 6 as the company's new headquarters.
The outlet replaces the long-standing site on Carrer Prat de la Creu and sits near Avinguda Meritxell and Carrer Bonaventura Riberaygua, adjacent to the former fire station area. It features dedicated zones for different procedures, advisory areas, and assisted self-service points to handle commercial tasks more efficiently.
Public hours will run from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, with entry via Carrer de la Borda. The building's phased opening begins with this store.
Andorra Telecom highlighted the space as more modern and comfortable, prioritising personalised customer service. An official inauguration with authorities is planned for next Tuesday from noon to around 2pm, during which the site will close temporarily.
