Andorra Telecom is relocating its in-person customer services to a revamped store in the Node building, returning to a site near its original location adjacent to the former fire station area.

The new outlet at Carrer de la Borda 6 in Andorra la Vella opens on Monday, replacing the previous site on Carrer Prat de la Creu. Positioned close to Avinguda Meritxell and Carrer Bonaventura Riberaygua, the facility offers a modern setup with dedicated zones for various procedures, advisory spaces, and assisted self-service points to streamline commercial transactions.

Opening hours are set for 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, with access from Carrer de la Borda. An exceptional closure is scheduled for next Tuesday from noon until around 2pm for the official inauguration with authorities, though no specific reason was detailed beyond the event.

The Node building is opening in phases, with this marking the first. Andorra Telecom described the space as "more modern, comfortable and designed to offer more personalised attention," enabling customers to handle certain tasks more efficiently.

This move establishes the company's new headquarters after years at the prior location, requiring customers to visit the Node site for procedures starting next week.
