  • Temps provide cross-departmental aid amid seasonal demands.
  • Program offers young hires practical experience in social security operations.

The Andorran Social Security Fund (CASS) welcomed ten summer temporary staff members this morning to reinforce its departments during July and August.

The new hires began their tenure with a presentation and welcome session presided over by Marc Galabert, president of the CASS Board of Directors, and Josep Escoriza, the organisation's director general. Galabert extended a warm greeting to the group and emphasised that the programme offers young participants a chance to gain direct exposure to CASS operations while delivering valuable reinforcement during the busy summer months.

The temporaries will provide cross-departmental support, ensuring the continuity of regular tasks amid heightened seasonal demands. The roles also equip them with practical knowledge of Andorran social security processes and public service provision. Escoriza joined Galabert in encouraging the newcomers to make the most of the experience in understanding the institution's inner workings.
