Andorra Business will open applications for its second round of grants on September 23, with submissions accepted until 3pm on October 30.
The scheme aims to aid small and medium-sized enterprises in transforming their operations to foster innovation, strengthen competitiveness and seize opportunities in global markets. Supported services fall into three categories: innovation, internationalisation and business optimisation.
This round allocates €180,000 in funding, a 30% increase over the previous call. Some 85% of resources target firms with annual turnover up to €350,000, while 15% goes to those earning between €350,000 and €3 million. Awards can fund up to 80% of eligible project costs, capped at €6,000 each.
The programme builds on a first round launched in April that prioritised smaller businesses, which continue to dominate participation. Andorra Business has now backed more than 300 companies overall, providing over €1.3 million in grants.
