Andorra Digital Debuts at Fira d’Andorra la Vella with Hands-On Tech Support

Andorra Digital is set to debut at the 47th Fira d’Andorra la Vella, with a stand offering hands-on guidance on the country’s digital tools and services as part of its #HiSom campaign.

The entity will appear for the first time at the event, running from 23 to 25 October at Parc Central in Andorra la Vella. Staff aim to support residents directly in using online administrative procedures and mobile digital wallets, promoting practical engagement with technology.

The stand centres on three themed areas. The “Descobreix” zone introduces Andorra Digital’s mission as a driver of the nation’s digital transformation, highlighting solutions that make tech tools accessible and user-friendly for the public.

In the “Entén” area, experts from its four member agencies—the National Cybersecurity Agency, Data and Interoperability Intelligence Agency, and Digital Welfare and Skills Centre—will deliver brief talks on relevant issues. Topics include avoiding internet scams, responsible use of artificial intelligence, and best practices for healthy technology habits.

The “Activa” section focuses on tailored support, where a team will assist visitors step-by-step with online form submissions, smartphone wallet setup, and related queries.
