The Massana Vide Dressing market opens this Friday with more than 6,000 second-hand items across 80 stalls at the Fontetes building and Closeta Hall.
Marking its 12th edition, the weekend event offers clothing, footwear, fashion accessories and vintage pieces to promote reuse and responsible consumption. Organisers expect sales in line with recent events, where the spring edition saw nearly 5,000 items sold.
It runs from Friday 16 October at 4pm to 8pm, Saturday 17 October from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday 18 October from 10am to 2pm.
This year features a new guide for stallholders, providing advice on arranging displays, sorting goods and improving the visitor experience. Massana councillor for revitalisation Bet Rossell said the market boosts reuse and responsibility while generating activity in the parish centre.
The gathering also encourages interactions among sellers, buyers and locals. Over the weekend, the parish council plans to survey participants for feedback to refine future events and reinforce circular economy goals.
