The Andorran Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services has published its 2025 annual review, detailing progress in business support initiatives amid economic shifts, while outlining 2026 priorities within its 2024-2030 strategy.
A standout achievement was the launch of the Espai Dona i Empresa platform, bringing together experienced female professionals to raise visibility, foster connections and advance women's leadership in business via events, training and institutional partnerships. Activities included strategic discussions on the hospitality sector, gender-perspective labour law workshops and the "Elles lideren" podcast, co-produced with RTVA to feature chamber board members.
Digitalisation took centre stage, with 17 training sessions on new technologies and artificial intelligence drawing 280 participants. The Programa de Digitalització d'Empreses grew through expanded advisory services and implementation of digital solutions, aiding companies' adaptation to competitive, tech-heavy markets. General professional training served 1,019 individuals across 78 courses.
The advisory service handled 342 queries, primarily on company formation, activity requirements and Andorran business regulations. Administrative duties encompassed issuing 124 ATA carnets for temporary goods exports, addressing 217 customs inquiries and preparing 42 census budgets.
Commerce and tourism remained focal points. The Observatori del Comerç drew on visitor surveys to inform tactics such as the Festa del Comerç and a Tokyo retail mission. The Consell del Sector Privat del Turisme advocated for immigration policy changes and higher seasonal worker quotas to tackle staffing gaps.
The chamber intensified monitoring of EU association agreement talks, conducting regular sessions with the State Secretary for European Affairs and providing technical feedback from Brussels, alongside sector meetings to channel private-sector concerns.
Other efforts included alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and youth employment programmes, both showing robust engagement.
For 2026, the chamber plans to deepen digitalisation for enhanced competitiveness, assess EU agreement effects, promote innovation, drive internationalisation, attract investments and advance sustainability to support a more diversified, resilient economy.
