Andorra's hotel occupancy rates improved in 2025 compared to the previous year, with the annual average reaching 61.24% against 60.45% in 2024.
Official figures from the Unió Hotelera show December occupancy at 62.85%, up 2.77 percentage points from 60.08% in December 2024. During the Three Kings period, from 29 December to 4 January, hotels recorded 94.05% occupancy—significantly higher than the 89.33% seen the prior year over slightly different dates from 30 December to 6 January. New Year's Eve achieved a peak of 96.93%.
Several months set records over the past eight years: January, February, May, July, September, October, and November all outperformed historical benchmarks.
The data reflects a steady recovery in the tourism sector, with consistent gains across both peak holiday periods and regular months.
